2. Our Services

Journey Inspections provides professional residential and commercial property inspection services across Colorado Springs and Colorado's Front Range. Our services include home inspections with thermal imaging included, radon testing, sewer scope inspections, and additional specialty services as described on our website. Services are performed by certified professional inspectors.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

You may schedule an inspection through our online scheduling portal or by contacting us directly. Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, access issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.

You are responsible for ensuring access to the property for the inspection, including utilities, locked areas, and any required permissions. We are not liable for incomplete inspections caused by inaccessible areas.

4. Pricing & Payment

Inspection pricing is published on our website and varies based on square footage, age, and selected services. Residential home inspection packages start at $450. Individual ancillary services are priced separately (e.g., radon testing $200, sewer scope $225), with a visible $50 bundle savings when both are purchased together. For homes over 10,000 sq. ft., a custom quote is required.

Final pricing for certain packages may vary based on home size, age, and selected services. Payment is due as agreed at scheduling. We accept the payment methods presented during the scheduling process.

5. Inspection Scope & Limitations

A Journey Inspections home inspection is a visual, non-invasive evaluation of the readily accessible systems and components of a property at the time of the inspection, performed in accordance with generally accepted inspection standards. An inspection is not a guarantee, warranty, or insurance policy on the property, and does not predict future conditions or identify latent or concealed defects that are not observable at the time of inspection.

Thermal imaging is included with the residential home inspection and is used when conditions permit to help identify temperature anomalies that may indicate concerns. Specialty testing such as radon testing and sewer scope inspections are separate services with their own scope and limitations.

6. Inspection Reports

Following an inspection, you will receive a digital report with photos, videos, and prioritized findings through our reporting platform. Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of the conclusion of the inspection. The report reflects conditions observed on the date of the inspection and is provided for your information and decision-making. You agree that the report is for your use and is not a substitute for specialized evaluations by qualified trades professionals.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with our operations. You agree to provide accurate information when scheduling and communicating with us.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and design, is the property of Journey Inspections or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free. An inspection report does not constitute a guarantee that a property is free of defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Journey Inspections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damages arising from conditions not identified during an inspection, use of the website, or reliance on inspection reports beyond the fee paid for the specific service. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado.
